The Forrest City Bank branch at 3200 N. Washington is this week’s winner of the Mustang Spirit Award.

The Forrest City Housing Authority Board on Thursday adopted an operating budget for fiscal 2010 and also passed some “housekeeping” resolutions.

The budget is $1,807,889. The fiscal year begins Oct. 1.
