ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF PENITENTIARY UNDER REVIEW; SECURING FUNDING IS NEXT
An environmental impact study that could lead to a U.S. Penitentiary being constructed at the federal prison complex in Forrest City is nearing completion, members of the prison’s Community Relations Board learned Wednesday.
