Mr. James Thomas Smith Jr., age 49, of Caldwell, died Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011, at his home.
Mr. Smith was born Aug. 9, 1952, in Wynne, the son of Jim Smith and Ethel Louise Marsh Smith.
