Equalization Board

The St. Francis County Equalization board met briefly this morning.

Extremely dry conditions created need for order; caution urged due to drought conditions

An executive order issued by St. Francis County Judge Gary Hughes this morning lifted a three-month burn ban for the county.

Hughes issued the ban on June 28, just before the Fourth of July holiday due to extremely dry conditions.
