Suspect in Marissa Lowe’s murder was serving 15-year sentences in Missouri

The Missouri man charged with the 2009 murder of a Forrest City woman was serving a 15-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections when he was extradited to Forrest City Tuesday.
