NO ACTION TAKEN MONDAY AFTER GROUP FAILS TO ACHIEVE A QUORUM
A called meeting of the Forrest City City Council to determine how the city’s industrial garbage collection will be handled had to be postponed Tuesday after the council could not achieve a quorum.
