The Forrest City Christmas Parade may be a couple of weeks into the future, but work has already begun on some floats.

GROUP CAUTIONED AGAINST VOTING TO GIVE SELVES ADDITIONAL $1,000

The Forrest City Water Commission agreed to pay department employees a $1,000 incentive bonus, but split on a vote for commissioners to receive the same bonus during Tuesday’s monthly meeting.
