The three suspects in a triple homicide earlier this month have been listed as Forrest City's Most Wanted Criminals on the Forrest City Police Department website.
Steven Dewayne Neal, 35, of Marianna; Kevin Mosby, 30, 214 W. Cook St., Forrest City; and Jimmy Mills, 30, 720 N. Gorman St., Forrest City are all wanted for questioning in connection with the Dec. 7, murder of Dylan A. Boyd, 31, and Carl Boyd, 21, both of Madison and Dewayne Stewart, 27, of Forrest City. The murders occurred at a residence in Crow Creek.
The three also face charges of felony auto theft in connection with the theft of a 1996 Ford Windstar Van. The van was rented from a local rental business on the day of the murders, and has not yet been returned. Mosby is also wanted by the FCPD on charges of kidnapping, rape and aggravated assault on a family member.
FCPD Lt. Eddie Adamson said the link on the department's website is used to help law enforcement agencies nationwide.
"We started using this a while back for some of our more dangerous criminals that we're looking for. The website gives other police departments the opportunity to go online and see exactly who we're looking for and actually get a visual picture and not just a report," Adamson said.
The link, which can be accessed at www.ipa.net/~fcpd/most_wanted.html, is also used in conjunction with the Crimestoppers program. Crimestoppers can be contacted at (870)261-1499. A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrests of Neal, Mosby and Mills.
Up to $1,000 is being offered for information on the suspects.
St. Francis County Sheriff's Department Chief Investigator Glenn Ramsey said the three suspects are considered dangerous.
In addition to the website, police are still conducting the normal interviews and following local leads as to the whereabouts of the triple-murder suspects.
"We're still working on it. We've listed the van as being stolen in the National Crime Information Center computer. That computer hits every police agency in the continental United States. It gives a description of the van, the tag number and the vehicle identification number," Ramsey said. "So, if the tags on the van have been changed, the computer will have the vin number to show it's stolen.
"We have the three suspects entered the same way in the NCIC. They're wanted for theft of property over $2,500, which is the van, and they're also listed as suspects in the triple homicide. We've listed them as being dangerous extremely dangerous."

A truck driver sentenced to one year in prison for the deaths of two people in an Interstate 40 wreck this summer has appealed his sentence to circuit court.
Richard N. Layton, 50, of Olive Branch, Miss., convicted Monday in St. Francis County District Court on two charges of negligent homicide and one count of careless driving. He was sentenced to one year in prison and fined $1,175.
Layton was charged following the July 18 accident on I-40 near Palestine in which Danny McCoy, 16, of Warren was killed instantly. McCoy's mother, Mary C. McCoy, 42, also of Warren, was injured in the accident and later died at a Memphis hospital.
The accident occurred just after noon when Layton's 18-wheeler rearended the McCoy's 1994 Mazda, causing the car to burst into flames. The car was stopped in traffic that was backed up due to construction in the Palestine area on I-40.
Layton was also injured in the accident, but was treated and released at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Forrest City.
The impact by Layton's truck on the McCoy car caused a chain reaction involving two other vehicles driven by elderly couples from Dallas and Oklahoma. The final impact by Layton's truck caused the 18-wheeler to burst into flames, trapping the Mazda underneath it. Truck drivers used chains to pull the Mazda from beneath the burning truck.
Arkansas State Troopers David West and Mike Kennedy testified during the district court hearing before Judge Steve Routon along with SFC Deputy Gene Wingo and Layton.
Layton filed an appeal to Routon's ruling on Wednesday in St. Francis County Circuit Court Clerk Bette Green's office.
Students in the Forrest City School District will be dismissed at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, for the Christmas holidays.
Classes will resume at the normal time on Thursday, Jan. 3.
