Willie Albert Anderson

Mr. Willie Albert Anderson, age 77, of Forrest City, died Monday, Feb. 12, 2001, at Crittenden Memorial Hospital in West Memphis.

Mr. Anderson, born Aug. 21, 1923, in Lonoke was a retired carpenter and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by three sons, Larry Anderson of Sacramento, Calif., Billy Ray Anderson of Fort Wayne, Ind. and Roger Wayne Anderson of Springfield, Ill.; two daughters, Deloise McDaniel of Madison and Juanita Tolbert of Fort Wayne, Ind.; a brother, Leroy Anderson of Madison and 22 grandchildren.

Visitation services for Mr. Anderson will be Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Clay Funeral Home. Funeral services for Mr. Anderson will be held Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001, at 10 a.m. at St. John M.B. Church in Madison with Rev. James Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery under the direction of Clay Funeral Home.


Julie Mosgrove

Mrs. Julie Mosgrove, age 100, of Widener, died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2001, at Crestpark Intermediate of Forrest City.

Mrs. Mosgrove, born Nov. 17, 1900, in New Albany, Miss., was a retired farmer.

She is survived by a sister, Pearl Womack of Forrest City and a niece, Carrie Stewart of Widener.

Visitation services for Mrs. Mosgrove will be Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Clay Funeral Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Mosgrove will be Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001, at 1:30 p.m. at Widener Church of God in Christ with Elder Elbert Larry officiating. Burial will follow at Paradise Garden Cemetery under the direction of Clay Funeral Home.


Nettie Worsham

Ms. Nettie Worsham, age 87, of Cotton Plant, died Monday, Feb. 12, 2001, at White County Medical Center, in Searcy.

Ms. Worsham is survived by one daughter, Pearlette Caraway of Kansas City, Mo. and a sister, Estella McKinley of Cotton Plant.

Funeral services for Ms. Worsham will be held on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001, at 11 a.m., at Holy Tabernacle Church of God in Christ in Cotton Plant, with Rev. Grant Greer officiating. Burial will follow in Ash Grove Cemetery in Cotton Plant with McNeal Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
