Pine Bluff Seabrook completed their undefeated run through the 10-year-old District 7 Tournament Monday by polishing off West Memphis 13-6 to win the title.
The tournament was played at the Sports Complex.
Pine Bluff downed Forrest City 5-1, Marion 13-3 and West Memphis twice, 10-0 and 13-6 on their way to the district championship.
Pine Bluff advances to the Cal Ripken Bambino State Tournament to be played July 6-11 at Lake Village.
Jerry Owen pitched the complete game holding West Memphis to the six runs on just eight hits.
Pine Bluff took the lead and broke the game open with an eight-run third inning.
West Memphis led 4-2 going into the third inning.
Owen held West Memphis to just two runs over the final three innings.
Ethan Harris led Pine Bluff by scoring four runs while Colton Bitely scored twice.
Preston Pugh scored twice for West Memphis.
West Memphis finished second, Marion third and Forrest City fourth.
Forrest City will host the 13-year-old District 7 Babe Ruth Tournament, which begins Thursday, July 5.
West Memphis and Whitehall will open the tournament at 6 p.m., Thursday. Forrest City will face Pine Bluff at 8:30 p.m.
Darry Banks Sr. and Dexter Freeman will coach the 13-year-old team which is comprised of Darry Banks Jr. and Stephon Weaver, from Freeman's; Travis Holloway and Jamar Isom from Hunton; Kiel Smith of the VIP's; Richard Flenoy, from Fred's; Cedrix Parker, Michael Powell and Alfred Robinson from Houser's; Dion Davenport from Ridout and Michael Alston from Planter's Bank.
Weaver will be the starting pitcher Thursday against Pine Bluff.

The Bambino (9-10) League took another step toward completing their regular season schedule Monday night.
League champion Food Giant made it 12 consecutive victories when they were awarded a forfeit win over Sanyo.
Food Giant (12-2) started the year with back-to-back losses and have not lost since.
Pearson Insurance was awarded a forfeit win over Title Company Monday which helps the team improve to 6-7 for the year.
In other games, Napa rolled past Mulay 13-3 and C.R. Sand downed McDonald's 10-1.
The league is playing out it's regular season schedule even though the 10-year-old all-star team has already played in the district tournament.
The league will play a regular season game Thursday night and finish next week with a rain out game and a postponed game set for Monday and Thursday.
Napa scored five runs each in the first and second innings to take the win over Mulay.
Napa stands at 7-7 for the year. Mulay, which got runs from Bruce Heard, Quintarius Powell and James Patton Hughes, slips to 7-6.
Barrett Beshears and Evan Daugherty scored three runs each to lead Napa. Jacoby Cooley, Nick Willis and Caleb Davidson scored twice while Thurlo Ward added a single run.
C.R. Sand improved to 11-2 for the year by putting away McDonald's.
Seth Smith, Dominique Madden and Andrew Atkins each scored two runs for Sand while Nathan Jefferson, Kennon Haynie, D'Andre King, Dylan Rivera and James Kennedy scored single runs.
Cameron Huff scored the single run for McDonald's.
Poison slipped back into a tie for first place in the men's adult softball league Monday night, after losing to Sanyo 12-3.
Meanwhile Elite Security was putting away S.S.A. 18-17 which left both teams with identical 8-1 records.
Sanyo scored four times in the second inning and then put up four runs in the fifth to get past Poison.
Sanyo improves to 6-2 for the season.
Elite Security scored six runs in the top of the sixth inning to lead 18-16.
S.S.A. was able to plate one run in the bottom of the sixth and left two men on base when the final out was made to quench their last at-bat rally.
In other games, Kerby's put down Forrest City Young Guns 9-4 and Boar's Head won their second straight game, downing Patton & Taylor 7-3.
Miller Insurance improved to 4-5 for the year by run-ruling Food Giant 15-3.
In the adult women's action, Chism Concrete and the Odd Sox remained in a tie for first place in the league standings.
Both team are 8-1 for the year.
Chism rolled up Super Center 25-0 while the Odd Sox downed First National Bank 20-13.
Clark Appraisals moved to 4-5 for the year by turning back Purple Haze 6-3.
The 18th annual Mightymite Triathlon will be held Saturday, July 21.
