The girls' 16-under fast pitch softball league made up their rain out games Monday in a rematch of game pairings from Friday night.
Last Friday, Dr. St. John, Bonanza and Boar's head each took victories. Monday, the same three teams once again prevailed over the same opponents.
Dr. St. John took another step closer to the league title with a 13-10 win over Sanyo. With three games to play in the regular season St. John improves to 9-0 and can wrap up the league title with a win over Food Giant tonight.
McDonald's, the second place team in the league at 6-3 which hasn't played since June 5, returns to the field tonight to take on Clay Funeral Home.
Clay, holding on to third place in the league standings, is coming off back-to-back losses to Boar's Head, losing Friday 13-7 and again last night 13-12.
In Monday's final game, Bonanza rolled up Food Giant 18-6 after taking a 14-5 win over Food Giant on Friday.
Bonanza scored five runs in the first, third and fourth innings to post the winning numbers.
Food Giant put up five runs in the third.
The 12-under girls' fast pitch league will be in action tonight and will play a schedule of make up games on Thursday night.
Times-Herald continues to lead the league with a perfect 8-0 mark while Giffin's Grins is holding second at 6-3.
The girls' 10-under slow pitch teams will return to action tonight and will play their make up games on Monday June 18 and Thursday, June 21.
Sanyo leads the league at 10-0 with eight games remaining to be played. Dr. Schwartz and Title Company are tied for second place, with both teams posting 7-3 records. Title Company takes on Steven's Funeral Home tonight at 6 p.m. Steven's is currently riding a four-game win streak.

C.R. Sand and Mulay notched victories Monday night in Bambino (9-10) League play to remain locked in a first-place tie in the league standings.
C.R. Sand took down Farm Credit 16-2 and Mulay defeated Title Company 10-7.
Both teams are 5-0 for the year.
The Bambino League teams were playing for the first time since May 24. Until last night, the league had been rained out of its last three regular playing dates.
Nathan Jefferson, Seth Smith and Brent Devazier scored three times each to lead C.R. Sand. Jefferson, Devazier and Dylan Rivera hit home runs.
Rivera, Barrett Astin and Kennon Haynie scored two runs each while D'Andre King scored a single run.
Harrison Hargraves and Edmund tate scored single runs for Farm Credit, 2-4 for the season.
Mulay scored nine of its 10 runs in the second inning to put away Title Company.
Kameron Green and Jeffrey Siler led the way by scoring two runs each.
John Jones, Quintarius Powell, Jim Bailey, Theodis Goodwin, Ronald Scott and Bruce heard scored single runs.
Title Company got runs from Turner Norsworthy, Josh Davis, Mark Machen, Chris Hunter and Chris Jacobs.
In other games, Food Giant scored a single run in the top of the fifth to edge Pearson Insurance 12-11.
Food Giant, 3-2, was led by Findley Scott Laws, Raymond Patillo and Cody Broussard.
Patillo homered for the winners.
William Burks, Chance Pearson and Alexander Dulaney scored twice for Pearson while Jared Northcutt, Caleb Rodgers, Tate Roberts, Jeffery Lopez and Eli Wall scored single runs.
Napa improved to 3-3 for the year with a 13-7 win over McDonald's.
Barrett Beshears homered in the second inning and scored three times to lead the winners while Josh Taylor and Caleb Davidson scored twice.
Napa scored eight runs in the second inning.
McDonald's got runs from Caleb Talley, Chris Bean, Lee Smith, Hunter McMahand and Cameron Huff.

Mr. T Auto pulled the upset over previously unbeaten Taylor-Casbeer Monday night in Minor League action, winning 7-6.
Mr. T Auto, 4-4 for the year, scored four runs in the top of the sixth inning to take the 7-6 lead and then held Taylor-Casbeer scoreless in the bottom of the sixth to clinch the vicitory.
Devin Green scored three of Mr. T's seven runs, including a lead off solo home run in the sixth. Ryan Green, Anthony Guyton, Lance Hughes and Chatman Tucker each scored single runs for Mr. T.
Taylor-Casbeer, 8-1 for the year, trailed 3-2 going into the bottom of the fourth inning and scored three times to take a 5-3 lead.
Charles Anderson led Taylor-Casbeer by scoring twice and hitting one home run. Brian Morgan, Tyler McElroy, Akeem Bogart and LScott Bryant scored single runs.
Easley Law Firm evened their season record at 4-4 Monday night with a 20-4 win over Dr. Beasley in the late Minor League game.
Easley got four runs each from Jerrod Brown and James Pendergrass and three runs from John Gilbreath. Robert Lee, Sam Bailey, Roheem Wynne and Jarvis Bolden each scored twice for the winners while Devante Mitchell, Anthony Wallace, Jacoebie Flenory and Corey Leslie scored single runs.
Quinton Jones and Caleb Sugg scored twice each to lead Dr. Beasley.
