Tonight is the night for the annual Razorback Rally.
Arkansas Head Coach Houston Nutt will be on hand to present the keynote address.
Buddy Billingsley, with the East Central Arkansas Razorback Club, said several UA officials will be traveling with Nutt. They include Razorback Foundation Inc., vice president Harold Horton, formerly of Forrest City, Defensive Coordinator and Forrest City native John Thompson, Clay Henry, editor with Hogs Illustrated and Razorback player Rod Stinson. Tickets for the event are $15 and are still available.
There will be a social hour beginning at 6 p.m. which will be followed by a catered dinner at 7. The dinner, which will be catered by Corky's, will be followed by the program and silent auction at 7:30, said Billingsley.
"We've got several things that will be going in the auction such as an autographed football and autographed basketball, a turkey stand, Razorback towels and shirts, a VCR and several other items. We will also have door prizes that will be available," said Billingsley.
According to Billingsley, this year's recipient of the Harold Horton award will be Stinson, and the award is to be presented by Henry.
"This award goes to the player that carries himself well both on the field and off of the field. We are honored to give this award to Rod because we feel that he exemplifies the goals of the award," Billingsley said.
