Mrs. Izora Covington Foreman, age 66, of Forrest City, died Wednesday, April 25, 2001, at Baptist Hospital East in Memphis.
Mrs. Foreman was born Oct. 11, 1934, in Cotton Plant to Jessie Covington and Queily Jefferson Covington.
She is survived by four daughters, Ethel Mangrum and Teresa Foreman, both of Detroit, Mich., Diaina Rogers of Forrest City and Angela Frazier of Memphis; two sons, Jessie Foreman and John Foreman, both of Detroit, Mich.; three sisters, Evelyn Nelson of Chicago. Ill, Jessie B. Carter of Cotton Plant and Betty Covington of Milwaukee, Wis. and 13 grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Foreman will be Friday, May 4, 2001, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the chapel of Woodhouse Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 5, 2001, at 2 p.m., at the Christian Redeeming Spiritual Church #1 with Rev. Therotha Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Forrest City Cemetery under the direction of Woodhouse Mortuary.
