Mrs. Myrline Bryant Wroten, age 76, of Forrest City, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2001, at Baptist Hospital in Memphis.
Mrs. Wroten was born March 5, 1925, in Izard County and was the daughter of Charles Monroe Bryant and Effie Eela Bryan. She was affiliated with the Church of Christ and was a captain for the Civil Air Patrol Arkansas 113.
Mrs. Wroten is survived by her husband, Vester Wroten of the home; two sons, David Morgan of Garland, Texas and Kelley Wroten of West Memphis; two daughters, Mary D. Allen of Roswell, N.M. and Debbie Hempel of Bartlett, Tenn.; a sister, Daisey Massey of Desha; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wroten will be held Friday, Nov. 16, 2001, at 11 a.m., at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Egner Cemetery in Salado under the direction of Morgan Funeral Home.
