Mrs. Agnes I. McNair, age 63, of Minot, N.D. died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2001.
Mrs. McNair, born Aug. 6, 1938, in Monroe, was the daughter of Jack Sorrells and Emma Hicks Sorrels. She had lived in Minot, N.D. since 1993 and was a member of the Crossroads Baptist Church of Minot.
In 1960, Mrs. McNair married Lee R. McNair and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by an infant son Curtis McNair; her parents; her step-mother, Vivian Sorrells; one brother, Lonnie Anderson and a sister, Juanita Martin.
She is survived by two sons, Ernie McNair of Minot and Jack McNair of Tulsa, Okla.; a daughter, Melina McNair of Minot; three brothers, Jackie Sorrells of Marianna, Gayland Fisher of Waldron and Benny Fisher of Hackett; five sisters, Pauline Ward of Forrest City, Jean Barnes of Louisiana, Winsel Harper of Lexa, Bertha Flaharity of Aubry and Peggy Casteel of Marianna and four grandchildren.
A memorial service for Mrs. McNair will be held Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2001, at 3 p.m. at North Hill Baptist Church in Minot, N.D.
