The Forrest City Blue Junior Mustangs will put their unbeaten season mark on the line tonight against Jonesboro Annie Camp in their first home game of the year at Sam Smith.

Kick off is set for 7 p.m.

The Blue Mustangs own victories over Marianna and West Memphis Wonder.

Against Wonder, the Blue Mustangs were without three of their normal starters, including quarterback LaCody Braddock.

The team should be back at full strength tonight.

"We are playing good football right now," said Head Coach Rich Trail. "We still have some areas we need improvement in, but so far the kids are playing hard."

Meanwhile the White Junior Mustangs will play the other Jonesboro team -- MacArthur -- on the road in search of their first win.

The White Mustangs lost their opener last week to Newport.

Over at Hughes, the Junior Blue Devils, 2-0 overall and 1-0 in conference, will host Dumas in a conference game at Blue Devil Stadium. Kick off will be at 6 p.m.

And finally, the Palestine-Wheatley Junior Patriots, which opened the season last week with a win over Elaine will host Rector tonight for a conference game beginning at 7 p.m. at Wheatley.

Quarterback Fred Leak led what appears to be a talented Junior Patriot backfield which includes Rashun Barnes, Antonio Leak and Brad Barton.

P-W Coach Dan Cockrell said the special teams played "very solid football" last week.

"That's something we need to do each time out," Cockrell said.
