Mr. Tillman Leon "Buddy" Kindrex, age 61, of Wynne, died Friday, July 26, 2002 at his home.
Mr. Kindrex was born Dec. 17, 1940 in Colt the son of Linsey Penn Kindrex and Mildred Watson Kindrex. Mr. Kindrex was a retired farmer and mechanic.
Mr. Kindrex preceded in death by his father, Linsey Penn Kindrex; two sons, Lesley "Sammy" Kindrex and Kenneth Kindrex. He is survived by his mother, Mildred Watson Kindrex of Waco, Texas; two sons Jimmy Kindrex of Willis, Texas and Jeffery Kindrex of Goshen, Ind.; three daughters, Diane Forrester of Wynne, Carla Kindrex of Houston, Texas and Tina Kindrex of Charlottesville, Va.; six sisters, Barbara Davis of Waco, Texas, Clara Hood of Little Rock, Lorene Mason of Alabama, Jonie Kindrex of Illinois, Linda Kindrex of Texas and Janie Jones of Spring, Texas; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. Kindrex were held Sunday, July 28. 2002 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Thompson-Wilson Funeral home in Wynne. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2002 at the Thompson-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Colvin officiating. Burial will follow in the Loughridge Cemetery near Colt under the direction of Thompson-Wilson Funeral Home of Wynne.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center in Memphis.
