Mrs. Betty Jean Pippin, age 72, of Southaven, Miss., died Tuesday, July 30, 2002 at the Beverly Home Health Nursing Home in Southaven.
Mrs. Pippin was born March 13, 1930 in Helena and was the daughter of William Howard Pippin and Flavors Obian Ray Pippin. Mrs. Pippin made her home in the Pine Tree area most of her life, was a Baptist and a housewife.
Mrs. Pippin is survived by a sister, Dorothy Cofer of Southaven, and two brothers, William Howard Pippin of Forrest City and William Bryan Pippin of Southaven.
Visitation for Mrs. Pippin will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2002 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Services will be held Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002 at Stevens Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Memphis, under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.
