TSM Computers scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth inning Monday night to erase Morgan's 19-18 in adult men's softball league action at the Sports Complex.
In a see-saw game TSM led 4-1 after one inning but fell behind 6-4 going into the bottom of the third.
Three runs put TSM back in front 8-6 before Morgan's erupted for 10 runs in the top of the fourth to build a 16-8 cushion.
TSM plated five runs in the bottom of the fourth to get within 16-13 and Morgan's made it 17-13 in the top of the fifth.
A four-run sixth by TSM tied the game at 17-17 which forced extra innings. Neither team scored in the seventh but Morgan broke the tie in the top of the eighth to lead 18-17 before TSM rallied in the home half of the inning to nail down the win.
TSM improves to 3-15 for the year while Morgan's slips to 7-10.
In other games played Monday, league-leading Barnes Timber won their 18th straight game holding down the Young Guns 15-2.
Barnes broke on top with four runs in the first and five runs in the second inning.
The Young Guns scored single runs in the first and fifth innings.
Sanyo stayed close in second place with a 16-6 win over Greg's to improve to 16-2 for the year.
Gym 2000 picked up their third straight win to push their record to 14-3 with a 25-12 victory over the Bulldogs.
Boar's Head downed Food Giant 21-10 and Miller Insurance put away Kerby's 10-8.
Miller scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to take the come-from-behind win over Kerby's.
Miller improves to 8-10 for the year while Kerby's slips to 11-6.
Third-place M&T Paving, 15-3 for the year, had the night off.
The league will resume play on Thursday with four regular season games remaining to be played.
Forrest City will hold athletic physicals on Wednesday, July 24, for all male and female students in grades seventh through 12th, who are planning to participate in any school sports or cheerleading during the 2002-2003 school term.
The athletic physicals will be administered at the office of Dr. Sudhir Kumar, 1801 Lindauer Road, at 4 p.m. The cost of the physical examinations are $10.
A bus will leave from the Forrest City Athletic Complex at 3:45 p.m., for those students who need transportation to the clinic.
