Barlow Herbert and Joewaan Mitchell each scored three runs Friday to help push T&J Properties past Lion's Club 16-6 in Minor (pitching machine) League play.
The victory gave T&J the outright league title. T&J is 12-0 for the year with two regular season games left to play.
Devazier, at 9-3, defeated Easley Law Firm 11-2 Friday night.
Devazier, with two games left to play, clinched second place in the league standings.
Delan Parkman, Matt Jumper and Tyrin White scored two runs each for T&J while Andre Dulaney, Colin Love and Jacob Siler scored single runs.
Lion's Club, 5-6 for the year, got two runs from A.J. Martin and single runs from Jordan Chatters, Michael Mathis and Kyle Tillman.
Zane Walton, Jacob Graves, Kerrie Barden and Nick Wright led Devazier by scoring two runs each and Harrison Devazier, Kyiler King and Denarius Fingers scored single runs.
Easley got single runs from Antonio Sanders and John Gilbreath.
League play continues tonight. Last Thursday's rain out games will be played Wednesday night.

The race for the 10-under girls' slow pitch league title remains in a dead heat.
Co-leaders Dr. Schwartz and Food Giant each picked up victories Friday night and the two teams remained in a tie for first place.
Both teams are 9-1 for the year.
Schwartz used two runs from Nikki Derrick and Andrea Hall to slip past Southern Furniture 7-4.
Samantha Casey, Cara McCollum and Chelsea McArthur added single runs for the winners.
Miranda Barron scored twice to lead Southern while Shanice Robinson and Tatyana Ursery scored one run each.
Kiuana King, Kim Shafer, Tanesha Parchman and Raven Harrell all crossed home plate twice to help push Food Giant past McDonald's 14-3.
Deidra White, Ariel Norment and Kim Norment added single runs for Food Giant while Chiquita Loney and Arnesha Chism scored single runs for McDonald's.
True Value pushed their season mark to 8-2 and remained in second place in the league with a 12-0 shut out win over Walker Insurance.
Cassie Holloway, Kristina Fort, Sharika Jones, Molly Howard, Catherine Fort and Miranda Neely all scored to lead True Value.
Steven's stayed in third place in the league at 7-3 Friday with a 12-3 win over Title Company.
Steven's got three runs from Caroline Nimocks and two runs each from Kaitlyn Peterson, Kelsey Ferguson and Kanesha Hughes while Kayla Johnson, Amanda Johnson and Lena Cline added single runs.
Semiko Grady scored two runs for Title Company while Paige Owens scored a single run. Grady homered in the top of the third inning.
Sanyo improved to 5-5 and moved into fourth place in the league Friday, getting two runs each from Nikki Harris, Brandi Morgan and Courtney Hodges in an 11-3 win over Forrest City Bank.
Cassie Lumpkin, Ashley Blaylock and Grace Ramsey scored single runs for Forrest City Bank.

Mr. T. Auto handed second place Sanyo its second loss of the season Friday night, using three runs each from Devin Green and Chatman Tucker for a 15-12 win in Junior Bambino League play.
Sanyo falls to 8-2 for the year while Mr. T improves to 7-3.
League-leading Lucas Trucking got past Farm Credit 10-0 to run their season record to 10-1.
Mr. T fell behind 4-3 after one inning but plated five runs in the top of the second to lead 8-4 and shut out Sanyo in the second inning.
Sanyo got two runs each from Ladarius Hartaway, Cory Deere, Zach Trail and Akeem Bogard while James Humphrey, Derek Buchanan, Tom Bryant and Terrance Mays added single runs.
Kantrel Hines and Jeremy Jones scored two runs each to lead Mr. T.
Lucas used a big seven run, third inning to do most of their damage against Farm Credit, who was playing short-handed with only eight players.
John Jones and Jim Bailey led Lucas with two runs each while Bruce Heard, Jeffery Siler, Daries Banks, Nathan Derrick and Theodis Goodwin scored single runs.
A&C Motors improved to 5-6 for the year with a forfeit win over Food Giant.
The VIPs won for the third time in the last five games and moved into fourth place in the league with an 8-4 win over Title Company.
Jerrod Brown scored three runs to lead the VIPs while Anthony Wallace and Demario Peters scored two runs each.

In fast pitch softball league play Friday, Giffin's Grins clinched the 12-under league title with a 14-6 win over Children's Clinic.
Giffin's is 9-0 for the year with one game left to be played.
Chantrice Mason, LaVitta Watson, Ikeshia Chism, Cassandra Jackson and Keisha Sanford each scored twice to lead Giffin's.
Children's got runs from Shalon Johnson, Kayla Williams and Brittney Johnson.
Times-Herald got four runs from D'Andrea Jenkins Friday while Caitlyn Hargraves and Madeline Lawrence scored three runs each in an 18-12 win over Stone Cold.
Times-Herald improves to 6-3 for the year with one game left, a Tuesday matchup against Giffin's.
Amber Hill and Elaina Patton added two runs for T-H.
Stone Cold got three runs from Courtney Burris and two runs from Megan Meridith.
McDonald's nipped Crowley's Ridge 15-14 to move into a tie for third place in the league.
Erin Marlowe, Tiffany Flenoy, Alondra Pritchard, Elizabeth Smith and Akilah Norman all scored twice for McDonald's while Christina Faulk and Jazzalyn Rodgers led Crowley's.
Bonanza (8-1) held on to first place in the 16-under league Friday with a 13-7 win over Food Giant.
Bonanza can clinch the league title Tuesday with a win over Sanyo in the final regular season game.
Dr. St. John (7-2) defeated Sanyo 13-7 Friday and still has a shot at a share of the league title, provided they can defeat Clay Tuesday and Sanyo can defeat Bonanza.
St. John got four runs from Rebecca Brown and two runs from Loren Andrews, Jessica Long and Natalie Nelson.
In Friday's final 16-under game, Clay Funeral Home got past Boar's Head 18-12.

Forrest City American Legion pitcher, Jesse Whittemore hurled a complete game, no-hitter Saturday against Jonesboro's Fat City but ended up taking a 5-4 loss.
Whittemore struck out 13 and gave up four walks but lost the game in the top of the fifth inning on a two-run error by shortstop Colby McKennon.
Forrest City led4-3 as Jonesboro came to bat in the fifth.
Whittemore got leadoff hitter Todd Ellis to fly out to center field before Isaac Davis misplayed a flyball in left field that left Cody Pace standing on base.
Michael Dickens drew a walk before Whittemore fanned Andy Dean for the second out.
McKennon fielded John Turner's grounder to short but uncorked a wild throw allowing Pace and Dickens to score to put Jonesboro in front 5-4.
That's the way it stayed as Forrest City went down in order in the final three at bats.
Forrest City scored three runs in the bottom of the first to lead 3-0 when Whittemore, Danny Flowers and Robert Hill all scored.
Jonesboro got a run in the top of the second and two in the top of the third to tie the game at 3-3 before Chris Autry singled and scored for Forrest City in the bottom of the fourth.
In the first game Flowers went the distance for Forrest City in a 5-3 loss to Fat City.
Jonesboro led 5-0 before Forrest City plated its first run in the bottom of the third when Autry used an error to get on base and then came around to score.
Dustin Gore, working his way back into the line up, used another Jonesboro error in the bottom of the fifth inning to reach base and came around to score, cutting the Fat City lead to 5-2.
Charles Gaines plated Forrest City's final run in the bottom of the sixth when he singled and scored on a groundout by Whittemore.
Forrest City will host Blytheville for an A-AAA doubleheader Tuesday at the Sports Complex. game time is 5 p.m.
On Wednesday, Forrest City will travel to Searcy for an A-AAA doubleheader and than will host Wynne on Saturday for a 1 p.m. twinbill at the Sports Complex.
