Mr. Jimmy L. Phillips, age 55, of Madison, died Friday, March 8, 2002.
Mr. Phillips was a member of the St. Francis County Search and Rescue Team and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by four daughters, Lesley Phillips and Kimberly Moore, both of Little Rock, Chandra Griham of Oklahoma and Sharon Hughes of Forrest City; three sisters, Velma Means and Cavanda Arnold, both of Heth and Flora Jean Arnold of Washington; three brothers, Booker Arnold of Little Rock, David Arnold of California and Eddie Arnold of Biggers.
Visitation for Mr. Phillips will be Thursday, March 14, 2002, from 9 to 11 a.m., at St. John Baptist Church in Madison. Funeral services for Mr. Phillips will follow the same day at 11 a.m., at the church with burial following in Paradise Gardens in Edmondson under the direction of Robinson Mortuary in North Little Rock.
