Dr. Beasley had undefeated T&J Properties on the ropes Friday night in Minor League play but couldn't finish the deal.
Beasley led 8-6 after two innings but T&J, the league leading team, rallied for 10 runs in the top of the sixth inning to take a 16-8 win.
Beasley did not score after the second inning.
T&J improves to 7-0 for the year while Beasley drops to 1-3.
Matt Jumper and Andre Dulaney led T&J by scoring three runs each.
Each of T&J's 10 roster players scored at least one run with Barlow Herbert and Daniel Davenport scoring two runs each.
Beasley got single runs from Quinton Jones, Brodie Johnson, Calvin Hodges, Kendall Lee, Dekovan Fleming, Brandon Johnson, Philandus Watson and Carlos Rogers.
DeVazier 12, Joey's 7
Devazier had to rally in the late innings to get past Joey's Muffler 12-7 Friday night.
Joey's led 5-3 after one inning and the two teams were locked in a 7-7 tie going into the fourth inning. Devazier scored a single run to lead 8-7 and then added four runs in the fifth to win the game.
Brian Morgan led Devazier by scoring three runs while Tyler McElroy, Denarius Fingers and Jacob Graves added two runs each.
Joey's got two runs from Michael Ludwig and single runs from Devante Hurst, Blake Lester, Jarrod Wright, Dusty Smith and LaLoyd Hamilton.
Devazier improves to 6-1 for the year while Joey's stands at 2-2.

Both Food Giant and Dr. Schwartz remained unbeaten in girls' 10-under softball (slow pitch) Friday night and remained in a tie for first place in the league.
Both teams are 4-0.
Schwartz held off Forrest City Bank 10-7 while Food Giant had an easier time against Walker Insurance, winning 14-1.
Dr. Schwartz scored all of their runs in the first two innings to lead 10-1 before FCBank rallied for five runs in the third and a single run in the fourth.
Samantha Casey and Nikki Derrick each scored twice for Schwartz while Anna Marie Myers, Emily Goodson, Khanisha Carter, Kristen Heard, Kenlee Myers, Christin Clark and Hannah Ramsey scored single runs.
Food Giant got three runs each from Kiuana King, Kim Shafer and Tanesha Parchman in the team's win over Walker. Raven Harrell and Deidra White added two runs each.
Jasmine Rucker scored Walker's lone run.
In other games played Friday, True Value improved to 3-1 for the year with a 15-1 win over Steven's.
True Value got three runs from Cassie Holloway and two runs each from Shanneka Barber, Molly Howard and Vicoria Stegall.
Carolyn Nimocks scored for Steven's.
Southern Furniture picked up their first win of the year with a 10-8 victory over Title Company.
Katie Davis and Astin Steward scored two runs each for Title Company. Nakia Mason and Tatyana Ursery scored three times each for Southern Furniture.
Sanyo improved to 2-2 with a 12-0 win over McDonald's.

Lucas Trucking put away Mr. T Auto 13-2 Friday to improve to 4-0 in the Junior Bambino League standings and stayed one game ahead of Sanyo.
Sanyo defeated Farm Credit 15-6 to remain at 3-0.
Lucas got at least one run from each of their players led by John Jones, Nathan Derrick and Jim Bailey who scored two runs each. Jarvis Bolden, Daries Banks, Bruce Heard, Theodis Goodwin and Jeffrey Siler all added single runs.
Larry Smith and Devin Green scored single runs for Mr. T, 2-2 for the year.
A&C Motors also evened their season mark at 2-2 on Friday by taking a 21-8 win over Hill Concrete.
A&C scored their 21 runs using 18 walks in the game off three Hill Concrete pitchers.
Tyler Clark, Josh Taylor and Brandon Rickard each scored four runs with Taylor hitting a second innng home run.
Will Whittenton and Tate Roberts each scored three times while Heath Swindle scored twice and Bryan Whittenton added a single run.
Hill got two runs from Lee Henry Henderson, who walked and hit a home run.
Cory Deere had three hits and scored three times Friday to help lead Sanyo past Farm Credit. Will and Zach Trail combined to score five runs while Akeem Bogard added three runs and Tom Bryant and Ladarius Hartaway scored twice.
Farm Credit got runs from Brandon Moton, Harrison Hargraves, Lance Hughes, Chad Hogue and Arthur Franks.
Food Giant used a seven-run, third inning to finish off Title Company 11-7 on Friday.
Title Company scored five runs in their last at-bat but fell short of completing the comeback effort.
Josh Clark scored twice for Title Company while RoRo Steverson, Josh Davis, Jeffery Johnson and Anthony Anderson added single runs.
Charles Anderson, Cody Broussard and Xavier Banks scored two runs each for Food Giant while Chandler Sorrells, Jacob Hoskins, Timothy McFadden, Criss Chism and Harrison Neblett added single runs.

McDonald's scored their five-run limit in the first and second innings which proved to be more than enough for a 14-7 win over Children's Clinic.
It was the first win of the year for McDonald's in 12-under (fast pitch) girls' softball and kept Children's Clinic winless at 0-3.
Meagan Pipkin led McDonald's by scoring three runs. Erin Marlowe, Jessica Rickard and Jaslyn Deans added two runs each.
In other 12-under games, Times-Herald moved to 3-0 for the year by holding off Crowley's Ridge 15-13 and Giffin's Grin stayed unbeaten at 3-0 with an 18-6 win over Stone Cold Chemicals.
Caitlin Hargraves scored three times to lead Times-Herald while Stonie Weeks and Alex Dooley scored twice.
Crowley's got runs from Christina Faulk, Jazzalyn Rodgers, Ashley Boswell, Brittney Cook and Robyn Turner.
16-Under League
In 16-under (fast pitch) league play, Sanyo held on to first place in the standings using a 15-8 win over Food Giant.
Dr. St. John moved to 2-1 for the year with a 15-1 win over Boar's Head.
St. John scored their five-run limit in each of the three innings while holding Boar's Head to a single run in the third.
Tyeshia McDaniel and Natalie Nelson led St. John.
Sanyo got four runs from Wendi Humphrey and three runs each from Kemeshia Chism and Bridgett Clark in their 15-8 win over Food Giant.
Jessica Lewis and Casey Qualls scored twice each for Food Giant.
Students from Astin's Taekwondo Academy of Forrest City recently competed in the 16th annual NTFA National Tournament held in Jacksonville. The students brought home several trophies in forms, sparring and Olympic style sparring. Those winning trophies were: Baker Blankenship, Jamie Counce, Taylor Blankenship, Tabitha Eary and Jasen Dobson. Chase Breeding is assistant instructor, Carroll Astin, head instructor and Gina Astin, chief instructor.
