Mrs. Nola C. Knight, age 88, of Gassville, died Tuesday, April 8, 2003, at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home.
Mrs. Knight was born May 18, 1914, in Zion, the daughter of Luther A. and Almeda C. Lucas Mitchell. She a director of food services for a hospital, school and nursing home; a member of the BPW, Quota Club and the First Baptist Church in Forrest City.
Mrs. Knight is survived by her two daughters, Marilyn Schoonover of Mountain Home and Shirley Mershon of Gassville; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Edward Knight; a daughter, E. Patsy Breeding; two brothers; and three sisters.
Funeral services for Mrs. Knight will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2003, at the Roller Funeral Home of Mountain Home at 6 p.m.
