Mrs. Rosie Lee Brown, age 72, of Forrest City, died Thursday, Aug. 14, 2003, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Forrest City. She was born March 8, 1931, in Frasier, Tenn., the daughter of Robert Brown and Easter North Brown.
Mrs. Brown is survived by six sisters, Alberta Turner of Madison, Dorothy Brown and Rose Lee Troupe, both of Helena, Ella Mae London of Haynes, Vera Mae Brown of Jonesboro and Mae Ella Troupe of Little Rock; four brothers, Herman Troupe of Helena, Charles Troupe of Helena, Ebert Troupe of Little Rock and Herman Brown of Lexa.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, 2003, at the New Light M.B. Church with Rev. Jessie McClure officiating. Burial will follow in Scott Bond Cemetery.
Visitation for Mrs. Brown will be held Thursday, Aug. 21, from 12 noon to 5 p.m. at Woodhouse Mortuary.
