Mr. W.L. Doyle, age 73, of Camden, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2003, at Baptist Health in Little Rock.
Mr. Doyle, formerly of Marianna, is survived by a son, Floyd Billups of Haynes; a brother, Leo Doyle of Camden; 10 grandchildren and 15-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Doyle will be held on Monday, Dec.
8, 2003, at 1 p.m. at New Hope for Today Church with Rev. Floyd
Billups officiating. Burial will follow in Casteel Cemetery under
the direction of Woodhouse Mortuary.
Mr. Melvin Lockhart Jr., age 59, of Marianna, died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003. He was the son of Melvin Lockhart Sr. and the late Johnnie M. Lockhart.
Visitation for Mr. Lockhart will be held on Friday, Dec. 5,
2003, from 12 to 5 p.m., in the Chapel of People's Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003, at 2
p.m., at the New Light M.B. Church. Burial will follow in Forrest
City Cemetery.
Mr. Ricky Lewis White, age 49, of Forrest City, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Forrest City.
Mr. White was born Dec. 9, 1953, in Michigan City, Ind., the son of James E. White and Helen Beshears White. He lived in St. Francis County for all of his life. He was a truck driver and a boilermaker and was also a veteran of the United States Navy.
Mr. White married Ginger Penna in 1992 and she survives him along with one daughter, Angie Bishop of Conway; a son, Ricky Lewis White Jr. of Forrest City, a setpson, Danny Weddington of Luxora; his stepmother, Emma Maxwell White of Haynes; two brothers, James White Jr. of Wynne and Terry White of Forrest City; a sister, Barbara Matlock of Texas and two grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. White will be held on Friday, Dec. 5, 2003, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003, graveside at Hughes Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
