The tournament, which had been an annual event, until last year, made a successful return with more than 20 teams competing in four different age divisions.

The Memphis Travelers defeated Stuttgart's Arkansas Cowboys 18-10 to win the tee-ball title while the Marion Starzz put away the Forrest City-Wynne based Ridge Runners to win the pitching machine (6-7) division.

The Arkansas Rangers, from McCrory turned back Wynne-Moery in the 10-under championship game Saturday night while the defending 12-under state champion Sylvan Hills Mariners shut out the Benton Astros 4-0 in Sunday's 12-under championship game.

For the first time in recent years, there were no Forrest City entries into the bracket, although several Forrest City youths played with other teams.
