Mrs. Eathel Miller

Mrs. Eathel Miller, age 85, of Bartlett, Tenn., died Thursday, June 12, 2003, at Methodist Hospital ­ Central in Memphis.

Mrs. Miller, born Jan. 16, 1918, in Russellville, was a homemaker and longtime resident of Forrest City and Wynne before moving to Bartlett, in 2000.

Mrs. Miller was the wife of William Owen Miller and he preceded her in death in 1999. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Miller of Southaven, Miss., and Gerald Miller of Millington, Tenn.; two daughters, Bonnie Anne Peters of Waukegan, Ill., and Elizabeth Hamblin of Bartlett; a brother, Arty Lee Dovers of Shawnee, Okla.; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Miller was also preceded in death by five brothers, A.Z. Dovers, Wilbur Dovers, Bill Dovers, Cavanaugh Dovers and Wayne Dovers; and two sisters, Athelene Shields and Elsie May Diggs.

Funeral services for Mrs. Miller were held on Monday, June 16, 2003, at 10 a.m. at the Chapel of Kernodle Funeral Home in Wynne with Rev. Dick Sisk officiating. Burial followed in Crosslawn Cemetery.
