Mustangs, Red Devils will play two today

The Forrest City Mustang baseball team will play a conference doubleheader at Jacksonville today, before taking off for Spring Break.

The AAAAA-East twinbill is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m., at Hickingbotham Field at Dupree Park.

The Mustangs return to action on Tuesday, April 1, when they host Blytheville.

In girls' fast-pitch softball action, the Forrest City Lady Mustangs take on Marion in a nonconference road game today, beginning at 4 p.m.

The Lady Mustangs resume play on Tuesday, April 1, when the play at Brinkley in a nonconference game.


Tickets available for Rally

The annual Razorback Rally will be held Wednesday, April 16, at the Forrest City Civic Center.

University of Arkansas football coach Houston Nutt will be the featured speaker at this year's Rally, being sponsored by the East Central Arkansas Razorback Club.

Tickets are on sale now from several local merchants and are $15 for adults and $7.50 for kids ages 12 and under.

The rally begins at 6 p.m. and a catered dinner will be served at 7 p.m.
