Mrs. Molly Gertrude Green, age 74, of Moro, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2003, at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock.
Mrs. Green, born Jan. 24, 1929, in Searcy County, was the daughter of Allen and Ethel Huffman Wooten. She was a housewife and a member of the Monroe County Line Church.
Mrs. Green is survived by her husband, Robert Green of Moro; three sons, Donald Green of Danville, Roger Green of Moro and Charles Green of Clarendon; two daughters, Linda Brown of Dardanelle and Emma Green of Clarendon; one brother, Jessie Wooten of Zent; four sisters, Winnie Sauls of Wynne, Willie Sullivan of Searcy, Mary Bell Williams of Bald Knob, and Shirley Gray of Pangburn; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Wooten in 1993 and a sister, Sarah POE earlier this year.
Visitation for Mrs. Green will be held tonight, Monday, Oct. 20, 2003, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morgan Chapel. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Morgan Chapel with Bro. Leon Browning and Sis. Louise Browning officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
