Warren G. Green

Mr. Warren G. Green, age 79, of Forrest City, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2003, at his home. He was a farmer, a deacon and janitor.

Mr. Green is survived by his wife, Hattie B. Green of Forrest City, a son, Warren G. Green Jr.; six daughters, Doris Rogers, Barbara Tobar, Earlene Lattimore, Vera Dowson, Christine Benson and Felicia Morrow all of Forrest City; a brother, Lorenzo Green of Gary, Ind.; four sisters, Lillie Taylor of Chicago, Ill., Vera Brown and Annie Moore Rogers both of Fresno, Calif. and Williene Williams of North Little Rock; 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 24, 2003, in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home of Wynne from 1 to 3 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003, at 11 a.m. at Poplar Grove M.B. Church in Forrest City. Burial will follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery.


Lucille Graham Taggart

Mrs. Lucille Graham Taggart, age 46, of Little Rock, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2003, Southwest Hospital in Little Rock.

Mrs. Taggart was born May 25, 1957, in Madison. She was a teacher at Pediatric Specialty Care, Inc. in Little Rock and is survived by her husband, Rev. Harvey Taggart of Little Rock; two brothers, Charlie Graham of Madison and Odell Graham Jr. of Portland, Ore.; and four sisters, Azzie Lee Hicks of St. Louis, Mo., Melba Myles, Leminster, Mass., Doris Roper of Princeston, N.J. and Quincy Ann Lee of Plainfield, N.J.

Visitation for Mrs. Taggart will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Salem M.B. Church. Funeral services will follow at the church at 2 p.m. with Rev. Tommie Roper officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery in Madison. Clay Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
