Mr. Rito Lopez, age 40, of the Forrest City and Wynne area, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Forrest City.
Mr. Lopez was born May 20, 1963, in Mexico, the son of Bernardo Lopez and Virginia Montes Lopez. He had lived in Forrest City for the past 19 years, was an employee of Boar's Head and attended the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
Mr. Lopez married Maria R. Lopez in 1982, and she survives him along with a son, Victor Lopez of Forrest City; both his parents of Mexico; six brothers and four sisters.
A Rosary will be held for Mr. Lopez at the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel at 6 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 22. Burial will follow in Mexico at a later date.
