Mrs. Loistine Hurst Alexander, age 59, of Newark, Del., died Friday, April 16, 2004, at her home. Mrs. Alexander was born March 13, 1945, in Forrest City.
Mrs. Alexander is survived by her husband, George Alexander of Newark, Del.; her mother, Christine Hurst of Forrest City; two sons, David Alexander and Aaron Alexander both of Newark, Del.; a brother, Stanley Hurst of Forrest City; and her grandfather Thurman Wiley of Forrest City.
Visitation for Mrs. Alexander will be held on Friday, April 23, 2004, from 12 to 5 p.m. at Clay Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2004, at 11 a.m., at the Lane Chapel CME Church with Bishop Eugene Reeves officiating. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery.
