Amanda Hoots was the only Palestine-Wheatley Lady Patriot player who did not score a run against Marked Tree Monday.
But that was only because P-W Coach Lanny Allen used a pinch-runner for Hoots.
What Hoots did do was no-hit the Lady Indians through three innings helping the Lady Patriots to a 15-0 run-rule shutout in three innings in a game played at Palestine.
Hoots faced just 10 batters, one over the limit for three innings. She walked one and hit one while striking out two.
At the plate, Hoots had an RBI single and walked twice.
The Lady Patriots scored their 15 runs on 13 hits and eight walks.
Brittney Gordon had three of those hit and scored twice while driving in three runs.
Fallon Parker, who moved behind the plate to catch, hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the second inning and scored twice, finishing with three RBIs.
Natalie Halbert scored twice on two hits and drove in three runs while Kelly Stovall finished with two RBIs on two hits.
Kara Siler, Lauren Dover, Chelsea Jumper, Keisha Stovall and Stevie Golden each helped offensively by scoring runs for the Lady Patriots.
Golden was the pinch-runner for Hoots.
The Lady Patriots evened their season mark at 2-2 and will face Cross County today at Cherry Valley. Game time is set for 4 p.m.

The Forrest City Mustangs will host Jacksonville today at the Sports Complex in a varsity conference doubleheader. The two-game set will begin at 4 p.m.
Forrest City is coming off a nonconference matchup against Brinkley last Friday.
Forrest City is still looking for its first AAAAA-East conference win of ther year. The Mustangs enter today's game at 0-6 in the league.
In area games Monday, the Barton Bears kept Palestine-Wheatley winless for the year, taking a 12-6 victory in 6AA Confference play at Barton.
Also Monday, it was Bay 4, Riverside 2; Gosnell 9, Trumann 1; Walnut Ridge 16, Marmaduke 8; Lynn 15, Biggers-Reyno 13 ; Delaplaine 13, Black Rock 0; Harrisburg 7, Cross County 6 and Cave City 12, Pocahontas 2.

WEST MEMPHIS -- The West Memphis Lady Blue Devils took advantage of a bad fifth inning by Forrest City and cruised to a 12-2 AAAAA-East Conference win Monday.
Trailing 6-2 after four, the error bug bit the Lady Mustangs hard in the fifth allowing West Memphis to put up six runs to produce the final.
The Lady Mustangs won the junior varsity game 5-4.
West Memphis led 1-0 after one inning before Forrest City got a run from Chari Agnew in the top of the second to tie the game at 1-1.
The Lady Devils broke the tie with a single run in the home half of the second to lead 2-1. Two more runs in the third inning pushed West Memphis' lead to 4-1 and two runs in the fourth made it 6-1 before Forrest City's Randal Ross scored in the top of the fifth inning.
Forrest City slips to 4-7 for the year and 2-6 in the league.
Stacy Gracey went the distance for the Lady Mustangs in the varsity game.
"We're still learning," said Forrest City Coach Pam England. "We started the game well but I think we just lost our focus."
In the junior varsity game, Mallory Nelson scored twice and Agnew and Ross added single runs in the 5-4 win.
Nelson picked up the win holding the JV Lady Devils to the four runs on two hits and two walks.
Forrest City will travel to Brinkley Wednesday for a rematch against the Lady Tigers.
Brinkley won the the first outing against Forrest City in nine innings at the Sports Complex.
The Lady Mustangs will host Blytheville Thursday and will celebrate "Senior Night."
