Mrs. Veola Vaughn, age 73, of Forrest City, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2004, at Crestpark Retirement Inn Skilled Care of Forrest City.
Mrs. Vaughn was born June 28, 1931, in Holly Grove. She was retired from Warwick Manufacturing. Mrs. Vaughn is survived by her husband, Tilmon Vaughn of Forrest City and two brothers, Columbus Bailey of Forrest City and Eddie Bailey of South Bend, Ind.
Visitation for Mrs. Vaughn will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2004, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Clay Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Aug. 12, 2004, at United Christian M.B. Church at 1 p.m. with Rev. Norris Latham Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Forrest City Cemetery.
