Mrs. Alline Duncan Hogue, age 81, of Judsonia and formerly of Colt, Forrest City, Hughes and Augusta, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, at the White County Medical Center in Searcy.
Mrs. Hogue was born Feb. 22, 1922, in Cave City, the daughter of James Arden Duncan and Nancy Fortune Duncan. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Mrs. Hogue is survived by four sons, Joe Floyd and Billy Floyd both of Stuttgart, Phillip Floyd of Augusta and Ronnie Hogue of Wynne; four daughters, Jean Ashcraft and Carolyn Bailey both of Judsonia, Fannie Pottorff and Patricia Ethridge both of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; two sisters, Pauline Watlington and Bertha Chism both of Wynne; a brother, Vince Duncan of Denver, Colo.; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by three husbands, William Marion Floyd, Elbert Hogue and Fillie Hogue.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hogue were held on Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, at 2 p.m. at the Thompson-Wilson Funeral Home in Wynne. Burial followed in Hughes Cemetery.

Mrs. Wilma Woods, age 95, of Forrest City, died Friday, Feb. 13, 2004, at the Med in Memphis.
Mrs. Woods was born in Lake County, Tenn., the daughter of Duff Stanley and Fred Robinston Stanley. She lived in St. Francis County for most of her life, was a former art teacher and school teacher. She was a member of the Garden Club, the Cosmos Club and a member of the First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Woods married Frank E. Woods and he preceded her in death in 1979. She is survived by one niece, Joel Ann Whitlock of Forrest City and two nephews, Nathan E. Dodd and Randy Dodd, both of Martin, Tenn.
Funeral services for Mrs. Woods were held on Monday, Feb. 16,
2004, at 9:30 a.m., in the Chapel of Stevens Funeral Home and
graveside at 3 p.m. at the New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely, Tenn.
