Mrs. Margaret Bonner, age 93, of Forrest City, died Sunday, Jan, 4, 2004, at Crestpark Retirement Inn and Residential.
Mrs. Bonner was born April 15, 1910, in Forrest City and was a retiree. She is survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation for Mrs. Bonner will be held on Friday, Jan. 9,
2004, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Clay Funeral Home. Funeral
services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at 1 p.m. at
the Prosperity M.B. Church with Rev. Uzziah Duncan officiating.
Burial will follow in Casteel Cemetery.
Mr. Mason McDonald Jr., age 77, of Forrest City, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004, at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis.
Mr. McDonald is survived by his wife, Alma McDonald of Forrest City; six sons, Larry McMickins, Stanley McDonald and Ronald McDonald all of Memphis, Michael McDonald and Mason McDonald III both of Little Rock and Brodrick Gilcrest of Forrest City; a daughter, Janice McDonald of Little Rock; three sisters, Katie McDonald of Forrest City, Flora Paige of Memphis and Winnifred Waddell of Minneapolis, Minn.; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. McDonald will be held on Friday, Jan. 9, 2004, from 5 to 8 p.m., in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home in Wynne. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at 1 p.m. at the Widener Community Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Casteel Cemetery.
