Ms. Regina Renee Foy, age 28, of Waterloo, Iowa, died Wednesday, July 22, 2004.
Ms. Foy was born Dec. 28, 1975, in Forrest City, the daughter of Gertrude Foy Guyton and Luke Golatt. She was employed by several fast food corporations as an assistant manager and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Ms. Foy is survived by her parents of Forrest City; her adopted father, Leonard Walker of Forrest City; two sons, Lacey Barber and Latham Barber; and two daughters, Kanisha Washington and Keema Foy. She is also survived by six brothers, Paris Foy of Waterloo, Iowa, Clenton Wofford, Brian Golatt and Kanta Golatt all of Forrest City, Sheffield Gardner and Syrus Humphrey; six sisters, Kitty Gardner, Karen Logan, Martina Billups, Teresa Jackson, Lanette Slaughter and Fairity; two grandmothers, Mary Logan and Lillie Hamilton both of Forrest City; and a great-grandmother, Charlene Parker of Forrest City.
Funeral services for Ms. Foy will be held on Friday, July 30, 2004, at 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, located at 306 East Cross, with Rev. S.W. Baker Sr. and Elder Oliver G. Foy officiating. Burial will follow in Castell Cemetery, under the direction of Peoples Funeral Home.
