Mrs. Mary A. Johnson, age 73, of Marianna, died Monday, June 21, 2004, at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock.
Mrs. Johnson was born June 28, 1930, in Poplar Grove, the daughter of Virgil Allen Ingram and Rosie May Lawrence. She was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Baptist in Marianna.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband, Jack Johnson of Wynne; a daughter, Rita Clark of West Helena; a stepson, John Johnson of Belmont, Miss.; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Johnson will be held graveside at Marianna Memorial Park at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, 2004, with Bro. Bill Watts officiating. The Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna is in charge of all arrangements.
