Floyd "Lester" Frazier

Mr. Floyd "Lester" Frazier, age 54, of Wynne, died Saturday, June 26, 2004, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Mr. Frazier was born Dec. 15, 1949, in Wynne, the son of James Lonzo Frazier and Florence Gertrude Hiter Frazier. He was a 1967 graduate of Wynne High School and owned Frazier's Repair Shop in Wynne. Mr. Frazier was a former employee of John Deere Equipment Company in Wynne and worked for the past 16 years as a shop supervisor for the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department in district one in Wynne. He was also a member of the Union Avenue Baptist Church in Wynne.

Mr. Frazier is survived by his wife, Connie Sue Douglas Frazier of Wynne; a son, Ross Frazier of Wynne; a daughter, Pam Frazier of Wynne; a brother, Doyle Frazier of Phoenix, Arizona and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by both his parents.

Visitation for Mr. Frazier will be held on Monday, June 28, 2004, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Thompson-Wilson Funeral Home in Wynne. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2004, at 2 p.m., in the Chapel of Thompson-Wilson Funeral Home of Wynne with Bro. Ray Dean Davis officiating, assisted by Bro. James Doyle Frazier. Burial will follow in the Catlett addition of Cogbill Cemetery in Wynne.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Union Avenue Baptist Church in Wynne.
