Leeann Michelle Paulman, age five months, of Heth, died Sunday, May 23, 2004, at her home.
The infant Paulman is survived by her father, William Paulman of Heth; her mother, Laura Partain of Heth; paternal grandparents Sonya Doane and Sandusky Paine; maternal grandparents, Barry Partain and Patricia Partain; and great-grandparents, Emma Hopkins, Allie Sheperd, Joyce Satchell and Bob Satchell, William White and Patricia White, Kimberely Symonds and Charles Symonds, and Charles Paulman and Lisa Paulman.
Funeral services for the infant Paulman will be held on Friday, May 28, 2004, at 10 a.m., in the chapel of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis. Burial will follow in Crittenden Memorial Park.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital, 800 Marshall St., Little Rock, Ark. 72202-3591.
