Mrs. Sue Hodge, age 69, of Van Buren, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004, in Fort Smith.
Mrs. Hodge was born Oct. 30, 1935 in Leachville. She was the daughter of William Thomas Fortson and Delilah Marie Hicks Fortson.
Mrs. Hodge is survived by two sisters, Ruby Brooks of Van Buren and Shirley Hamilton of Sugarloaf Lake; five brothers, Billy Fortson of Atlanta, Ga., Charles Fortson of Sugarloaf Lake, Earl Fortson of Barnsville, Ga., Ronnie Fortson of Leachville and Randall Fortson of Hornersville, Mo. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Hodge and a daughter, Sharon "Sugar Bear" Thigpen in 1997.
Graveside services for Mrs. Hodge will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Hughes Cemetery under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.
