Mr. Marvin W. Satterfield, age 87, of Caldwell died Friday, Oct. 15, 2004, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Forrest City.
Mr. Satterfield was born Aug. 11, 1917, in Oklahoma, the son of Oscar Satterfield and Florence Lingo Satterfield. He was a past employee of the Civil Service, a veteran of the United States Army and a Baptist.
Mr. Satterfield was married to Bonnie Satterfield and she survives him along with a son, Larry Satterfield of California, a step-son, Danny Mefford of Wynne and one step-daughter, Judy Mefford of California.
Visitation for Mr. Satterfield will be held on Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 18, 2004, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Stevens Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forrest Park Cemetery.
