WEST MEMPHIS — The Forrest City Lady Mustangs won the battle inside but West Memphis won the war Tuesday night to remain unbeaten in the 6A-East Conference.
Friday night, against Jacksonville, the Forrest City Mustangs were lucky with a little good thrown in over the final three minutes.
The Forrest City Lady Mustangs improved to 9-6 overall and 2-1 in the 6A-East Conference Friday night with a resounding 59-38 win over Jacksonville’s Lady Red Devils.
The Forrest City Mustang track team did it all last year.

Larry Rogers poured in 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds Monday night to lead the Forrest City Junior Mustangs to a 46-30 win over West Memphis Wonder.
