The Forrest City School Board hired a search firm during a special meeting Tuesday night and immediately began working to find a replacement for superintendent Lee Vent, who recently resigned.
Lee Vent, superintendent of the Forrest City School District, is one of five people being considered to replace retiring Barton School District Superintendent Roy Kirkland.
