Art teacher recognized

Sue Anne McCoy, right, art instructor at Central Elementary, was recently recognized by the Arkansas Art Educators as Art Educator of the Year for 2012-13. In recognition of that, the Central PAT has presented her with a check for $150, to be used to purchase supplies for her art classes.
