Blessing the pets

Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church hosted the city’s first drive-by Blessing of Pets Sunday afternoon on the church parking lot. Pastor Larry Mitchell used the traditional fourth century blessing attributed to St. Francis of Assisi, and each pet and owner received an official blessing card.
