Building a roller coaster

Lincoln Middle Academy of Excellence students in Susan Wheeler’s science lab have been creating roller coasters this week. Building the structures teaches the students about gravity, architecture and team work. According to Wheeler, the money used to purchase the materials was made possible through a Donor’s Choice Grant for which she applied.
