Dilapidated buildings

On Tuesday, Forrest City officials brought in structural engineer, Jamnu Tahiliani, P.E., left, to inspect three dilapidated structures on Front Street. Mayor Gordon McCoy, center, wants to develop a plan to remove the buildings without disturbing other occupied buildings that are connected to them and then bid the demolition project out.
