Icy roads

Arkansas State Police handled two accidents caused by icing on roadways Monday afternoon that occurred at nearly the exact same time. The first wreck was at the 243 mile marker on Interstate 40 about 1:45 p.m., and a second was on the Highway 1 Bypass at the I-40 overpass about 2 p.m. Detailed reports on the accidents were not completed as of this morning.
