Lots of rain

Forrest City is once again being pounded by rain, continuing a trend that has made 2009 one of the wettest years on record. Flash flooding has been an issue as well. Inside the city, one of the most notorious areas to flood is on West Broadway near the railroad overpass. A truck splashes up the pooled water in that area this morning. Photo by Alan Smith.
